MOLDES Y PRODUCTOS INYECTADOS, S.A. DE C.V., with address at Av. Principal 901-A, Col. San José el Alto, C.P. 37545, León, Guanajuato, Mexico, is responsible for collecting your personal data, the use that is given to it and its protection.

Your personal information will be used to invoice and provide the services and products that you have requested, as well as to inform you about new products, services or changes in them, and to evaluate the quality of the service that we provide you. We promise that they will be treated under the strictest security measures that guarantee their confidentiality.

For the aforementioned purposes, we require obtaining the following personal data: Company and commercial name, tax and delivery address, Telephone, RFC or CURP, e-mail. Without any of this information being considered as sensitive data in the terms indicated in Section VI of Article 2. of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

You have the right to access, rectify and cancel your personal data, as well as to oppose the processing of the same or revoke the consent that you have given us for this purpose.

Within a maximum period of 2 days we will respond to your request and inform you about the origin of the request through the same means you used.

We undertake not to transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except for the exceptions provided for in article 37 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, as well as to carry out this transfer under the terms established by that law.

We reserve the right to make changes or updates to this privacy notice at any time, to address legislative developments, internal policies or for the provision or offering of our services or products.

If you consider that your right to personal data protection has been violated by any conduct of our employees or our actions or responses, or if you suspect that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, you may file the corresponding complaint or claim with the IFAI.
